Freedom Automotive is outstanding! While traveling from the Twin Cities to Milwaukee, we stopped in Tomah for lunch when the driver’s window on our minivan broke and wouldn’t come back up. We were very stressed but we drove to Freedom Automotive to see if they could help — and help they surely did! I was welcomed warmly by service advisor Seth M. I explained our predicament and Seth said he sympathized and would see what he could do. Despite showing up in the middle of the day with no appointment, Seth got a mechanic to look at our window, which required opening up the door panel. We waited in the lobby which was comfortable, and they even had fresh baked cookies. Seth told us that the window motor was broken, but they could get our window back up and secure it in place so we could at least continue our trip. In under 2 hours, we were on our way again. We were changed only for the work done and we didn’t even have to pay extra for the walk-in job. Seth walked us to our minivan, explained what was done, and then told us what to tell the repair shop when we get back home for the permanent fix. Everyone at Freedom was very kind and friendly, but Seth was the best. We thought we were in trouble when the window broke, but Freedom Automotive saved the day. We can’t thank Seth enough and we highly recommend Freedom Automotive. THANK YOU for going above and beyond to help us out. We really appreciate it!
